Patients from Central Ohio including Columbus, Marysville, Marion, Bellefontaine, Springfield, Powell, Worthington, Delaware, and Mansfield can conveniently schedule appointments in our Dublin office.
Patients from southern Ohio including Washington Courthouse, Circleville, Lancaster, Logan, Waverley, Jackson, Greenfield, Hillsboro, Wellston, McArthur, and Athens can conveniently schedule appointments in our Chillicothe office.

For the convenience of everyone involved, our office is run on the appointment system. You do not need a referral in order to make an appointment. Some insurance policies (HMOs, etc..) do require an authorization for medically covered benefits. Appointments may be made by calling the office during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 12 noon, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.). When you call, the receptionist will ask you about the nature of your visit. This information is important and allows us to schedule the appropriate amount of time for your visit. Please be sure to bring all of your insurance information, a list of your medications and your consultation fee (or co-pay if applicable) with you.

Initial visits are for evaluation only. Surgical services are scheduled only after the initial visit, due to the difficulties of estimating time and facility requirements over the phone.

Because of emergencies and appointments which take longer than anticipated, we occasionally run behind schedule. When this happens we will try to inform you about the delay. Should you find it necessary to change or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. On rare occasions we also may find it necessary to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen events. Please be sure we have a current daytime phone number where we can reach you.

We would like to keep you up to date on all our current specials through E-blasts. We also from time to time may send a newsletter about current topics of interest. If you would like to be on either of these lists, please send us your email address and a note as to which you would like to be on. If you should ever wish to be removed from the list, again just let us know.
